چکیده
Ticks are amongst the important ectoparasites where livestock concerned, as they adversely affect animals through bloodsucking. In tropical and subtropical countries, transmit pathogens such babesiosis, theileriosis, ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis in cattle, causing a reduction production rate significant concomitant economic losses. 80% of cattle population across world, with an estimated loss USD 20–30 billion per year. South Africa, losses industry caused by ticks tick-borne diseases to exceed 33 million year (ZAR 500 million). There seven major genera ixodid Southern Africa (i.e., Amblyomma, Dermacentor, Haemaphysalis, Hyalomma, Ixodes Rhipicephalus). The environment which tick lives is made up all various biological abiotic factors that either necessary or unnecessary for its life. areas have been found documented many publications. Using these data, maps possible species’ habitats can be made. Historical records on distribution may incorrect due identification mistakes change tick’s name. All sources used generate this review were unpublished came from wide range sources. To identify species accompanying microbial ecosystems, researchers increasingly adopting methods including 16S 18S rDNA gene sequencing. Indeed, little known about genetic alterations give traits, predilection hosts, transmission, acaricide resistance. Opportunities exploring changes populations subpopulations provided advancements omics technologies. literature variety ticks, their direct indirect effects, control compiled review.

Abundance, diversity and seasonal dynamics of hard ticks infesting cattle in Isfahan province, central Iran
The objectives of this study were to determine the diversity, seasonal dynamics and abundance of ticks infesting cattle in Isfahan zone, Iran. The study was conducted in three traditional cattle farms. No acaricides had been applied to cattle at the selected farms. Adult ticks were collected twice per month from different parts of the cattle's body. Environmental data, including relative humidi...

متن کاملHard ticks (Acari, Ixodidae) of Croatia
The present paper is based on original and literature data. In Croatia the first studies on the occurrence of ixodid species were made about 80 years ago. The number of tick species recorded in Croatia considerably increased during the 1950s, 60s, 70s and 80s of the past century. A total of 21 species of hard tick belonging to 5 genera have been recorded in Croatia. Ixodes is the best represent...
متن کاملPillar Design in the Hard Rock Mines of South Africa
This paper gives an overview of the difficulties associated with the design of hard rock pillars in South African mines. Recent examples of large scale pillar collapses in South Africa suggest that these were caused by weak partings which traversed the pillars. Currently two different methods are used to determine the strength of pillars, namely, empirical equations derived from back analyses o...
